Waiver; Remedies:  The failure of Canvas Worldwide to partially or fully exercise any rights or the waiver of Canvas Worldwide of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right or be deemed a waiver by Canvas Worldwide of any subsequent breach by you of the same or any other term of these Terms and Conditions.  The rights and remedies of Canvas Worldwide under these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable agreement between you and Canvas Worldwide shall be cumulative, and the exercise of any such right or remedy shall not limit our right to exercise any other right or remedy.

Privacy:  Use of the Web Site is also governed by our privacy policy, located at http://canvasww.com/privacy-policy. 

Governing Law:  The laws of the State of California shall govern these Terms and Conditions.  YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA FOR ALL MATTERS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE WEB SITE.

Responsible Discosure Policy

Canvas Worldwide values the trust placed in us by our clients, vendors and others. Protecting the security and integrity of our systems, infrastructure, applications, and data is our priority. Canvas Worldwide believes that working with skilled security researchers can identify weaknesses in any technology. If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in Canvas Worldwide’s service, please notify us in a responsible manner by sending a vulnerability report in accordance with this Responsible Disclosure Policy. All reports will be subject to this Responsible Disclosure Policy.

Canvas Worldwide does not offer a public bug bounty program and will not provide any reward or other compensation in exchange for reporting potential issues.

Submission Guidelines

  • If you believe you’ve discovered a potential vulnerability, please submit a vulnerability report to us by email at security@canvasww.com and include the following information in your report:
    • A high-level description of the vulnerability, its scope and severity, and any potential remediation.
    • The domain location of the vulnerability, how you found the bug, and the potential impact of exploitation.
    • Information about yourself (i.e., name, email, GitHub profile, etc.).

We will acknowledge your email as soon as commercially practicable (typically within one week).

  • We aim to resolve critical issues within ten business days of disclosure. Where possible, Canvas Worldwide will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep you informed of the status of your report.

General Guidelines

  • You must comply with applicable international, national, state, and local laws and applicable agreements with Canvas Worldwide or others.
  • You may not engage in any activity that: violates privacy, destroys data, or interrupts or degrades the Canvas Worldwide service.
  • You may not disclose a vulnerability, finding, or information you discover, or have access to as a result of a vulnerability, without written consent from Canvas Worldwide. Further, you will not publicize anything that harms Canvas Worldwide’s reputation or jeopardizes the integrity of Canvas Worldwide’s systems, infrastructure, applications, or data.
  • You may not access, download, copy, or store information accessible due to a vulnerability. If you happen tofind any information as a result of a vulnerability, you will report the issue to us immediately and not make any further attempts to exploit the vulnerability
  • You may not tamper with, modify, or attempt to modify or destroy any information resulting from a vulnerability.
  • You may not upload, submit, store, post, or send malicious data or software as part of identifying or testing a vulnerability.
  • You may not engage in any of the following activity:
    • Denial-of-Service (DoS)
    • Spamming
    • Social engineering or phishing of Canvas Worldwide employees or contractors
    • Attacks against Canvas Worldwide’s physical property or data centers

Canvas Worldwide provides this service to help ensure a safe and secure environment for all its users. Therefore, any users believed to be engaging in the activities restricted above will have their user credentials immediately deactivated.

Exclusions

This policy applies to the Canvas Worldwide systems or services associated with Canvas Worldwide. We do not accept reports for vulnerabilities solely affecting our company website (www.canvasww.com), which contains no sensitive data.
