As a global disruption in the production of necessary semiconductor chips led to increasingly chaotic delivery dates, car dealers were faced with the realities of having demand without supply. So, our team responded to the challenge by leaning into an AI solution driven by human ingenuity.
Canvas tapped into Chalice AI and The Trade Desk’s interoperable platform to create a new algorithm known as XLR8R. Designed to automate dealer supply in real time, XLR8R could prioritize markets with available inventory, avoiding the frustration of shortages for customers and dealers alike. This inventive approach to rethinking the supply chain led to the brand tripling sales in just two years, far exceeding expectations.
